In addition, the COTHPA has purchased needed equipment for people with neck or spinal injuries such as special beds, wheelchairs, ramps for home access, etc. COTHPA has contributed to the purchase of six Calgary Handi-Buses. We have also provided special beds for the critical burn units of Calgary Hospitals.
